About Me

Peter Ware is a Kāpiti Coast real estate agent with Voyle & Co Realty and the founder of The Home Seller’s Coach. With more than 40 years in real estate and over 30 years working on the Kāpiti Coast, Peter brings an unusually broad depth of experience to homeowners preparing to sell.

Peter’s career has included working as a salesperson, licensee, business owner, manager, trainer and mentor. He has opened and managed real estate offices across the Wellington region and built a Kāpiti Coast office to a team of 26 salespeople and four support staff. His achievements include multiple RateMyAgent Agent of the Year awards in Paraparaumu and Paraparaumu Beach.

Peter’s experience extends beyond residential sales. He has built and managed property management businesses, worked in commercial real estate and business broking, and has experience as a property owner and landlord. This broad background helps him look at property from more than just a salesperson’s perspective.

Today, Peter’s primary focus is helping homeowners make better decisions when selling their homes. As The Home Seller’s Coach, he helps sellers understand how to prepare, present, price, market and sell their property — and, importantly, avoid spending money on improvements that may not improve their result.
