"Above and BeyondI walked in off the street looking for an agent and made the decision on the spot to list my property with Peter and I was not disappointed. Peter is warm and friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. Peter went above and beyond the call. My house had been rented out and was virtually empty. Peter staged it for me which I believe made a big difference when showing potential buyers through - he did this at no extra cost. Peter also arranged to have the lawns mowed and garden waste removed from the property at his cost. He even removed and sold several appliances which the buyer didn't want which I would have had to have done myself - it saved such a hassle for me. "Relaxing experience during a stressful timeDue to a change of career we needed to purchase a property in Kapiti at very short notice and with the help of Peter found the perfect house for our family. To add extra stress and pressure we needed to sell our current property and complete the purchase of the new one over the Christmas/New Years period.
